IDEA Student Associates
Anjali Agarwal
Anjali Agarwal is a sophomore prospective Political Science and Growth and Structure of Cities major. She is involved with various students groups on campus, including the Jewish Student Union, Students for Abolition, Liberation, and Transformation (SALT), and Bi-Co Mutual Aid. She was a Center for Peace and Global Citizenship Fellow for the nonprofit the Human Rights Coalition, a decarceral advocacy group, and is continuing her work as a Philadelphia Justice and Equity Fellow this academic year. In her spare time, Anjali enjoys watching NHL games, going to concerts, and playing guitar. She is excited to amplify student voices and do the work of consistently improving equity and access on Haverford's campus through her role in IDEA.
Sarah Weill-Jones
Introducing one of our new IDEA Student Associates, Sarah Weill-Jones! Sarah is a current Junior at Haverford College, majoring in Classics and minoring in Health Studies. Sarah is a co-head of Disability Advocacy for Students at Haverford (DASH), and the co-founder of the Student Event Accessibility Committee (SEAC). In the summer of 2024, Sarah was a fellow for the Center for Peace and Global Citizenship, working with the Legal Clinic for the Disabled. In Sarah's spare time, Sarah enjoys debating at different colleges with the Haverford College Debate Society! With IDEA, Sarah is assisting in projects based on accessibility initiatives at Haverford and is so excited to work with IDEA this year!
