Haverford College has a rich history of advocacy and transformation led by students, staff, faculty, and surrounding neighborhood communities in creating a campus environment that is rooted in values of diversity and equity.

The virtual timeline–live document–is created and updated by the IDEA Division with countless narratives, documents, and photographs that have been recorded and archived by many members of the Haverford College community. We honor and are in gratitude to those who have preserved our history and paved the path towards a more diverse, inclusive, equitable, and just community.
