The Kensington Corridor Trust (KCT) is a neighborhood trust focused on protecting and maintaining long-term affordability on commercial corridors such as Kensington Avenue. Through local partnerships, strategic real-estate planning, and long-term trust vehicle, KCT aims to ensure the survival and revitalization of small local neighborhoods.
