Campus Fly Over

Our campus has 200 acres of award-winning architecture and landscaping, more than 50 academic, athletic and residential buildings, and a nationally recognized arboretum with 400 species of trees and shrubs, a 3.5-acre duck pond, gardens and wooded areas.

Translating the (Russian) News

Russian Media Center, a website that translates notable Russia news articles into English, was started by young alums and its all-volunteer staff includes several other Haverford grads as well as current students.

Suzanne Amador Kane’s Research Takes To The Skies

Associate Professor of Physics Suzanne Amador Kane used a special helmet-mounted camera on a goshawk to analyze the prey-pursuit strategy of the fast and highly maneuverable bird of prey.

This work is detailed in a new paper in the current issue of The Journal of Experimental Biology.
