The anthropology major from Singapore won a trip to Sweden (valued at more than $1600) to learn about the K-A Bonnier International Fellows Program. 

The College’s long-running Mentoring and Student Teaching program, which welcomed its newest class in January, gives Haverford students the opportunity to tutor local secondary school students in science and writing, creating a relaxed environment where learning is a mutual experience.

The annual Senior Class Auction offers students a chance to bid on items, such as dinner with the president and a book bundle chosen by the librarian of the College, to support Senior Week events in May.

Last weekend, the Black Student League welcomed students from across the Tri-Co and other local college campuses at the annual Black History Month formal dinner-dance.

This chemistry course, intended for non-science majors, explores the underlying physical processes that are involved in the production of light and the ways in which its interaction with matter leads to the colors we see in the objects that make up the world around us.

The bi-annual gathering of the student body to discuss issues on campus was held on Sunday night in the GIAC’s Calvin Gooding Arena.
