The college uses WB Mason for office supplies and the contract includes the following:
- No minimum order requirements
- Highly competitive product pricing
- Next-day desktop delivery for in-stock items if the order is placed by 4:00 pm the day before
- Dedicated WB Mason customer service support team
- Customized and stream-lined ordering website
- Simple payment with purchasing cards
To register for a new WB Mason account, please jcbrown [at] haverford.edu (subject: WB%20Mason%20account%20request) (email Joanne Brown) to request access to the website. You will receive a welcome email from WB with a temporary password to join.
You will need a college purchasing card at checkout. If you don't have one, you can apply for a college purchasing card via Workday.
In-stock items will be delivered to your office the next day. Please make every attempt to be in the office on the delivery day. If your office is locked, deliveries will be left in the hallway, with photo documentation that the delivery has been made.
