Richard Morris '65 - Masjid Morning

In this modern-day Romeo and Juliet story, set in a small town in Maryland, a Muslim premed student meets secretly with a Christian highschool senior to answer her questions about Islam. Meanwhile, the boy’s father is leading his congregation in the construction of a mosque, as the girl’s father heads an effort to stop it. Morris’s previous books include the historical thriller Well Considered and the young adult novel Canoedling in Cleveland.
