Undergraduate Science Research Symposium

Professors work side-by-side with students to do high-level research while also developing analytical thinking and pushing the boundaries of each discipline.

Every fall the KINSC hosts a research symposium showcasing the summer work of students from Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Swarthmore, and other area colleges.

Academics

Haverford's intentionally diverse curricular requirements ensure that our students are well-rounded, expansive thinkers. Students take courses in each of three major academic divisions for a variety of ideas, concepts, and intellectual approaches.

Students and faculty gathered for an all-day collaborative reading of Homer’s Iliad, organized by the Department of Classics. The 2015 Classics marathon will take place October 22, 2015 and feature Aristophanes’ comedy The Clouds Photo: Brad Larrison.
