To support your health and safety throughout your academic experience, carefully follow the steps below to submit your health records. The HaverHealth portal is your central point for all communication regarding your health documentation. Health Services will review your uploads there, and any messages about your submission, including missing items or status updates, will be sent directly to your secure inbox within the portal. Please log in regularly to stay informed.
