Our session will start with an engaging presentation from Peter Allen, followed by a Q&A and then practical exercises. Peter majored in English and classics at Haverford, earned his Ph.D. in medieval comparative literature at the University of Chicago, and has taught at Princeton, Pomona College, Yale-National University of Singapore College, and elsewhere. He left a tenured faculty position to earn an M.B.A. in strategic management at Wharton and has since worked at McKinsey, Google, and Booking Holdings, among other places. He now has his own executive coaching and consulting firm.
