Please note, not all HCA buildings are available for summer housing.

1. Apply online once the application goes live on March 18.
2. Each student must submit an individual application
3. After submitting an application, you will be able to self-select roommates (all occupants must have completed their application first)
4. After selecting your roommates, you will be able to self-select an apartment assignment
5. Payment information will become available after the apartment selection is finalized. Payment can be made online using the above link.

*Housing is available for the entire summer period only (May 25-August 3rd), fees will not be prorated. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received as a fully completed application.

All housing fees are per person and paid individually through your online account.

*Price is the same for occupants of all bedrooms. Roommates may elect to adjust their own individual contributions external of the housing system. The College cannot change or transfer rental payments between students or adjust to re-allocate the rental charges.

*The below pricing is for the entire summer housing period. The College does not offer short-term or prorated options. You will be billed for the full duration of the program.

For A, B, D apartments

• 3 occupants: $1,012 per person
• 2 occupants: $1,436 per person
• 1 occupant: $2,692

For C apartments

• 2 occupants: $1,169 per person
• 1 occupant: $2,166

Open Floor Plan (First floors of: 11, 14, 15, 22, 26, 34, 38, 42, 50)

• Per occupant: $1,012

Air Conditioning

Air conditioners will be installed in each apartment at no additional charge.

Transitional Housing

Temporary housing is available in Gummere while the apartments are cleaned between the end of spring semester and the start of summer housing at a cost of $110 for the week.

Dining Services Meal Plan

An optional partial meal plan (30 meals) is available as an add-on during the housing application process. The price for the partial meal plan (30 meals) is $300 and will be included in the 1st payment for summer housing, if selected. The meals included in this meal plan can be redeemed for set menu items from the COOP and Library Café. These meals may also be redeemed at the Dining Center.

Payment periods for summer 2024

• 1st payment of 20% plus transitional housing and meal plan fees, if applicable, is due by May 3.
• 2nd payment of 40% is due by June 1.
• 3rd payment of 40% is due by July 1.
