Ninth Annual Joe Schwartz '83 Run/Walk
The Ninth Annual Haverford College Joe Schwartz ’83 Memorial 3K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, April 24. The race, supporting Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) research, will begin and end at Founders Green as in recent years. Post-race activities include a barbecue, as well as a kids' Fun Run. Participants who sign up by the pre-registration deadline of Friday, April 8 will receive a commemorative race shirt. Save The Date for Special Regional Events

Lives That Speak: The Campaign for Haverford is returning to Washington, DC and New York, NY this spring. Hear from featured speakers Librarian of the College Terry Snyder (in Washington, DC on April 14) and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid Jess Lord (in New York City on May 3). Details, registration, and upcoming cities on the tour can be found on the Lives That Speak events webpage.

Save The Date for the 2016 Alumni Award Winners

The Alumni Association Executive Committee has announced this year's recipients of the Alumni Awards. Honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony with President Kim Benston during Alumni Weekend. All are invited to attend the event on Saturday, May 28 at 10:30 a.m. in Roberts Hall, Marshall Auditorium.

WHRC Is Back

Haverford College radio began in 1923, and was one of the first and most influential college radio stations at the time. WHRC was alive and kicking up through the 1980s, sometimes with a DJ staff of as many as 100 people. Now, WHRC is returning as a web-based collective of audio and multimedia content generated by the Bi-Co community. WHRC aims to be a source of community news and a platform for students to express themselves through podcasts, music shows, and other projects. Listen to WHRC no matter how far you are from campus!
