The first of a two-semester comprehensive introduction to physics, with an emphasis on life science applications involving Newtonian mechanics, oscillations, mechanics of materials, fluids, and thermal physics. Prerequisite(s): Calculus at the level of MATH H105 or equivalent should be taken prior to or concurrently with this course
