About George

George leads the College's three person Major Gift team which builds leading philanthropic relationships with Haverford alums, families and friends.  In this capacity, he also has the distinct privilege of guiding philanthropic partnership with loyal members of the Haverford community in Boston, New York, Washington, DC, Atlanta and Texas.

Previously, George served in Major, Planned and Corporate/Foundation giving roles at Duke University and Bennington College.  He received his BA from Swarthmore College in 1984 and, after completing his final year of law school at Duke University in 1990, his JD from the University of Richmond.
