The 2006 Silk Journalism Panel, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in Founders Great Hall on Sunday, April 2, will feature four of the most distinguished journalists in America. His Last Night Home, which earned di Canzio a 2006 fellowship in theater from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), is inspired by the 1997 incident involving the horrific physical and sexual abuse of Haitian security guard Abner Louima by four New York City policemen, chief among them Justin Volpe (on whom Leo is based).
Joseph A. Tolliver, who has been dean of students at Haverford College in Pennsylvania for eight years, has been named vice president and dean of student life at St. Lawrence University. He will begin his new duties at St. Lawrence on July 1.
