- 60-minute interactive workshop component based on the premise that our bodyminds tell us a story, are their own ecosystems and are inextricable from struggles for justice/solidarity. Participants will storytell, reflect, and learn about how our bodies hold emotions and experiences from the perspective of indigenous philosophies of non-duality. As we work towards solidarity and justice, This workshop will offer tools to help us be in relationship with our bodies, each other and our collective healing.
- 60-minute healing/care-based component that includes auricular acupuncture with needles or ear seeds and/or a reiki session for participants.
