Return To Work Reminders
Hello Friends,
I hope you are doing well! As we look forward to the fall I just wanted to send out a few reminders as many people have been asking as they come back on campus.
1. Office phones - due to power outages and network maintenance office phones may have lost connections. If your office phone does not work correctly first please unplug the cable from the back of the phone, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. It will take a minute to reboot but it should reconnect correctly. If not, please let us know!
2. Wireless - when connecting to our primary wireless network, Eduroam, remember to use your full @haverford.edu email address as the username, not just the username you use to log into things like Workday and email.
3. Printers - some people have been reporting losing connectivity to campus printers when returning to campus. If you are, please first reboot the computer, while being on campus, and if that does not resolve the issue, follow the instructions here https://iitskb.sites.haverford.edu/knowledge-base/networked-printers/ to reconnect. This will only work with College owned devices.
