There will be a student talk, hands-on activities, and observing with our 12-inch and 16-inch telescopes. Student volunteers will be present to give tours and answer astronomy-related questions. This event takes place weather permitting. Details »

Haverford's intentionally diverse curricular requirements ensure that our students are well-rounded, expansive thinkers. Students take courses in each of three major academic divisions for a variety of ideas, concepts, and intellectual approaches.

CLUB LIFE: Ford Explorers

Ford Explorers

The club, founded in 2016, leads monthly excursions into Philadelphia to introduce students to the rich variety of neighborhoods and activities available in America’s fifth largest city (a mere eight miles from campus).
