They’ve Got the Beat
Politico reporters Annie Karni '04 and Alex Isenstadt '07 race to cover the campaign of a lifetime.
Read "They’ve Got the Beat" in the Spring/Summer 2016 issue of Haverford magazine.
The Center for Peace and Global Citizenship grew out of faculty and student interests that emerged in the late 1990s. Since then, the Center has developed and expanded into a flourishing nexus of social responsibility, civic engagement, and global peace work, both on campus and in the greater community.
Haverford attracts intellectually curious, independent learners who value honesty, collaboration, and above all, new ways of seeing and improving the world.
As you perform real-world research and immerse yourself in hands-on learning, you'll work side-by-side with professors who are at the top of their fields.
Our mascot—the Black Squirrel—has a genetic adaptation that gives it a bold, black coat. Join our distinctive community and stand out from the pack with your fellow Haverfordians.
