Students interested in health professions can now participate in the Bi-College multi-disciplinary health studies program, which gives students in any major the opportunity to minor in health studies.

History major Emily Mayer ’14 wanted to write her thesis about second-wave feminism and race, and realized that the Women’s Building, a women-owned community center and landmark in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA, provided the perfect context for such work.
