Haverford has more than 145 student groups who publish magazines, host symposia, sing a cappella, discuss religion and spirituality, stay politically active, maintain a system of student self-government, dance, demonstrate and create. All of these groups and activities have one thing in common: students run them.
Haverford’s serene campus is a nationally recognized arboretum with 400 species of trees and shrubs, a 3.5-acre duck pond, gardens and wooded areas.
