A Joyous Reunion | Haverblog

Following two years during which COVID made in-person reunions impossible, the excitement was palpable on campus at this year’s Alumni Weekend. Roughly 1,000 people came to Haverford from across the country and around the world (from as far away as Japan and the United Arab Emirates) for Alumni Weekend 2022!

Though festivities got off to a rainy start, nothing could dampen the mood of classmates from across the years—including and especially those from classes ending in 2s and 7s. And by Saturday the weather was as warm as everyone’s spirits, when people came out to enjoy the sunshine and local food trucks on Founders Green.

The packed schedule of events included dinners, parties, memorials, tours, toasts, the Alumni Association Awards Ceremony, music from an alumni band and barbershop quartet, the traditional Family Fun Fair, and even a Class of 2007 “Customs Color Clash.”
