Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2926 This course will examine the principles of applied psychology—how psychological concepts are applied in real-world contexts. Topics focus on domains not covered in traditional introductory psychology courses, including education (e.g., how should classrooms be structured?); human factors engineering (e.g., why is TikTok designed as it is?); and misinformation; among others. By the end of this course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply psychological concepts to their everyday life.; Pre-requisite(s): PSYC 100 or PSYC B105 or Psychology AP Score 4 or instructor consent; Lottery Preference: Majors and minors by class (seniors then juniors); Enrollment Limit: 35.00 Social Science, B: Analysis of the Social World (; Hav: SO, B) |
