Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2911 What is psychoanalysis? How can we approach psychoanalytic practice philosophically? This course will be based on theoretical explorations and group discussion on grounding texts of psychoanalysis. We will approach psychoanalysis through conceptual analysis and philosophical inquiry, highlighting the existential and the theoretical problems raised by psychoanalytic practice.; Pre-requisite(s): 100-level philosophy course or instructor permission; Lottery Preference: 1.
