Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2666 This course will introduce the fundamentals and applications of macromolecular structure determination using X-ray crystallography. Students will gain an understanding of the theory of X-ray diffraction and practical experience of the technique to solve crystal structures of biological macromolecules, such as enzymes and protein complexes.; Prerequisite(s): Chem H304 or equivalent (depending on material), or instructor consent.
