Examines how to make moral choices in politics, and the moral dilemmas it poses, by scrutinizing how great theories answered these questions, including Machiavelli, Thoreau, Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, Camus, Sartre, Dewey, Trotsky, Rosa Luxemburg, Reinhold Niebuhr, and Elizabeth Anscombe.
