Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2681 The U.S. Constitution establishes a framework for government that preserves individual liberty. The Constitution protects liberty, in part, through a Bill of Rights that promises freedom from certain types of government intrusion. The Constitution also seeks to guarantee liberty through the structural framework it establishes.
