It’s hard to believe that it is almost June 30, the end of the College’s fiscal year. Haverford has been fortunate for the support from so many members of its alumni body over the years. It is incredible to imagine that the Haverford Fund (annual giving) once reached an alumni participation rate of over 60%! In recent years, however, the participation rate has fluctuated between 50% and 52%.
When President Steve Emerson returned to campus last summer, he challenged the alumni body to improve this figure and set its sights, once again, on the 60% mark. This year, our goal is 53%. If you have not done so already this fiscal year, we hope you will join these efforts and add your name to the donor list by making a gift to the Haverford Fund by June 30!
