Q: How do I access the alumni portal?
A: My.Haverford.edu is the alumni site where you can view upcoming events and information for alumni. Registration for my.haverford.edu requires a user name and password. To receive your ID number, please contact the Alumni Relations office at 610-896-1004. If you have already signed up at my.haverford.edu, but have misplaced your password, you can use the “I forgot my password” feature at https://www.my.haverford.edu/ng/LostPassword/tabid/2529/Default.aspx by entering the email address you registered with. The system will email your login information to you.
Q: How can I get involved as an alum?
A: There are volunteer opportunities both for reunion classes (planning typically starts 10 months out) and in regions throughout the world. If you are interested in planning an event, or getting more information on what it means to get involved, please contact the Alumni Relations office at alumni@haverford.edu. Tell us a little bit about how you would like to volunteer for Haverford, and we will work to connect you with other volunteers!
Q: Who are my alumni representatives?
A: The Alumni Association Executive Committee (AAEC) is the executive arm of the Alumni Association. A list of members and their contact information can be found here.
Q: I want to re-connect with my old roommate/friend/classmate. How can I do that?
A: The Alumni Relations office is able to share information within the Haverford community. If you are trying to track down a fellow Haverfordian, please feel free to either call our office (610-896-1004) or email us (alumni@haverford.edu), and we will provide you with the current contact information.
Q: I just moved. How can I change my address?
A: All updated contact information can be sent to devrec@haverford.edu.
Q: I know a Haverfordian who does wonderful things and is deserving of an alumni award. How can I submit his or her name?
A: All information on alumni awards can be found here . Typically awards are given out twice a year.
Q: I need to receive a copy of my transcript. How can I do that?
A: Transcripts are handled by the Registrar’s Office, and all information on ordering them can be found on their webpage.
